Zomato — not delivering food

I have ordered the food at 12:45 am today, paid online, initially shown in 10 mins your order will deliver but after 2 hrs it's showing your order is delivered even though i didn't receive the food below are the oder details. Zomato is cheating customers and looting there money. Can someone help me to file a case against zomato.

Updated by Madhu Babu Ch This is latest screen shot of my delivery update. In map it is showing arrives in 7 minutes, but in orders it is showing delivered.
