Zomato — not getting my refund | |||
This is with regards to order number [protected] that I had placed with Pathan Sir through Zomato of 80 potato rolls. The order was placed around 12:30 PM and the restaurant told me that the order will be delivered by 3:30 PM even though our request was to get it delivered by 3:00 PM. Around 3:15 PM, zomato and the restaurant confirmed that the order has been dispatched but the order did not reach us till 5:30 PM. Meanwhile numerous calls were made to the zomato vallet person but he did not care to pick up the call so at the end i decided to cancel the order. My entire event was spoilt on account of mismanagement by Zomato. Even though the damage was irrepairable, i was told that Rs 1000 will be credited to my wallet for the disgusting experience with Zomato but they have not credited Also my refund status of Rs 5, 095 is not initiated. Atleast i can expect a quick resolution if not food delivery but no response. This has been my worst experience with Zomato. Contacting your customer care has been an awful and painful experience. Plus getting standard replies from your customer care is more annoying. I am chasing them from past 1 week but no response. Looking forward for a swift resolution.
