[Resolved] Zomato — not placed order, worst service ever | |||||
I have ordered pizza though zomato app but after placing order instantly I got an call from delivery boy that restaurant from where I have placed order they are denying to place order to power cut I just can't understand that if restaurant which are your partners if they can't place order then why it was showing on app place order online they have wasted my so much time and this was not sufficient for you people after that when I talked with customer care executive about refund then she said there is proper procedure that you will get your refund after 6 or 7 working days but why so is it my fault or yours if you can't give good service to people kindly close your app why we need to wait for our refund when mistake is from your side just think about it once if you seriously want that people in future place order through zomato just change this worst procedure.
