Order placed at 7.40PM and cancelled within a minute at 7.41, due to change in plans, on chat support they said to drop email to customer care they'd help with refund, till day I'm waiting for the refund. They've totally unexpected, and unfair trade practices and exploit customer's trust, this is not the first time I've faced issues here.. kindly help

Updated by pawansoni0589 The information of refund policy or no refund was also not clear during cancellation.. it seemed as if it'll be refunded.. and it should be due to such minuscule span of order placing and cancellation.. chat support mentioned don't worry it'll be refunded.. please email to support.. n support in reply is denying and runninge policy statements.. when the matter isn't that complex

2. not like it was prepared or dispatched, not even delivery guy assigned,
3. during cancellation no proper detail of no refund shown,
4. no refund is totally unfair and unacceptable here,
kindly provide resolution instead of providing template response in emails which doesn't mean anything and is no help at all.
