Zomato — Not received order and not get refund paid through upi

Address:Tibra road, bagh colony, gali no. 5shri ram bhog aata chakki, Modinagar

I have complain so many times about order I have not received on 2/oct/2023 and paid amount rupees 530 through upi...bt they have my refund money and also not take any action
