Zomato — not received refund in my bank account.. after 15 days.

I ordered food using my rupay card on dat.13/9/2019 due to unavailability of some item my order rejected by hotel.. Again i ordered food with another item then also my orders rejected by hotel by reason is restuarant closed for delivery. Theny i talked many time with customers support of zomato they keep telling me wait till today tomorrow but after waiting 15 days long still not received my refund amount total: 315 rs. I also inquired to my bank for refund with zomato rrn number but bank clerk said me that we dont received refund with this rrn numbers.
