Zomato — not refunded my amount | |||
Hi, Unfortunately by mistake i ordered on zomato on 18th nov (Id - [protected]), and i informed immediately to zomato customer care before accepting restaurant, even they did not canceled the order and also i did not received my order and even not given my refund amount. Simply they updated status as you were unable to collect the food at the mentioned address and your phone was unreachable, but they did not call me as my phone is working perfectly and not informed in the chat as i am already in chat with them. And they should inform each and every customer about their policy change about cancellation. Really they are cheating customers in this way and earning money. For promoting unhealthy, unhygienic food for customer, false rating are give to misguide customer by zomato
As per their commitment, refund was to be given from their end.. unethical behaviour of zomato
