[Resolved] Zomato — not refunding my amount after delivery boy himself rejected order | |||||
I have ordered food using zomato app, i have told zomato support to convey my new mobile number to delivery boy. Support said your number is shared with delivery boy. After that i personally called delivery boy and said deliver my order. And suddenly i got message order is rejected. I told support to refund my money but they said they won't. I contacted zomato customer service, he called delivery boy and delivery boy said because of noise he was unable to remember my number. I also contacted restaurant for the same, they said this is third party order we can not do anything. I need my money refunded asap. Was this information helpful? | |||||
