Zomato — not refunds the cash.

There is an order on the date to 29 july 2018... Due to some reasoned that zomato take 2 time cash cut from my account for the same order on the same time... I have loged the compliant more than 5 time but there is no reply... On support chat there we will refund yiu in 48 hr..in working days... So where is my cash zomato...

Updated by Mohitb291 I ordered for food through zomato. It priced Rs. 500 . I submitted the debitcard payment details and clicked for place order. I selected the otp option. Otp was sent to my mobile.I enterrd the otp but the order was not placed and cash was debited from my account.
I again clicked for otp and order was placed. But again cash of Rs. 500 was debited from my account. If you could please look into this. Thank you.
