Zomato — not to deliver your order | |||
I have ordered 1 piece of rajkachori & 1 masala dosa from om sweets sec 31 via zomato. Our order of masala dosa is not delivered. I had lost my trust on zomato. & i am going to share this complain on social media i[censored] dont solve my problem. Its a shameful work for ur company & its create a bad image for ur company. U should work on it & resolve it. U must be solve it or i ll take legal action on it. I have paid in advanve for my order & u r not taking resonsibility for it. Was this information helpful? | |||

I ordered from eat.fit on zomato on Friday evening at 7:45. Also paid for it. At 8:21, tgeaoo showed delivered but I hadn't received it. There is no way I can communicate with them either as I hadn't logged in due to being in hurry
