I live in bangalore and i was trying to change my delivery address on zomato and and once i was done, they asked me to verify my number (Which was already logged on) i typed my number and they said "you are not authorized". I thought it might be the connectivity. Sometime later, i tried again but now they displayed "your account has been blocked due to suspicious behavior". Now this is unacceptable. Being an active and almost regular customer, this is highly unacceptable. Please do look into it.
