Zomato — online order with zomato where they delivered incorrect order and refusing to refund

I have ordered through Zomato with ORDER ID: [protected] where they have delivered wrong product (ordered Jumbo Biryani but received regular size ). After raising the complaint they are not responding to my email and replied over chat that they cannot refund my money. This is serious issue which Zomato is not taking seriously. The order was abive 500 rs and i would request refund.
I have attached the snapshot for same.
