[Resolved]  Zomato — online payment deducted but order was not delivered

I placed an order on july 23, 2018 from zomato and payment has been done from my bank account and the order was not delivered because rider said zomato tracking application was not taking otp so order could not picked from the outlet and cannot proceed further... Now, i am trying to contact zomato helpline but all the numbers are currently unavailable or not reachable...
In moral :- still, customers are suffering from these kinds of problems... Now who is responsible for my order??
