Zomato — order# [protected] delivery and refund issue | |||
I have placed subject order dated 14 dec 2019 at 8:34 pm. It was successfully placed and rs 526 debited from my account. Zomato assured me one of domino's valet will deliver my order. As per contract its sole responsibility of zomato to deliver my order for which i paid money to him. But after 20 mins of placing order, domino's manager called me ([protected]) to pickup the order which is clearly the breach of contract between me and zomato.. After that manager talked to me very rudely and unprofessionally and asked he will cancel the order. I asked him to discuss this matter with zomato, and disconnect the phone. After 30 mins of this discussion i got cancellation initiation message from domino's and zomato shows this order as delivered status without any follow up with me if i received it or not. Its been 3 days i am continuously following up with zomato customer chat support (As zomato doesn't have any customer support number) but with no results. Neither i received my order nor my refund till now. Please have a look into this as its a social issue and anyone can face this situation. And take a strict action against zomato and domino's manager both. Was this information helpful? | |||
