Zomato — Order # [protected] - cancelled due to technical glitch with the app

I have already raised this issue with Zomato Customer Service and with no resolution from them, I am escalating this now. I placed the Order on February 16 and then went back to edit the order to add a few more items. The Zomato app had a technical glitch and the order got cancelled. I immediately contacted the restaurant and they confirmed that the payment was not received by them nor the order was not processed. I also immediately contacted Zomato Customer Service and as advised by them raised a complaint to either give a credit on the account or refund the amount. I would appreciate if someone can find a solution and get me the credit for the amount paid and order not delivered.
