[Resolved]  Zomato — order canceled and no refund

I had ordered food on Zomato and incorrectly gave the delivery address as home when I was in Guindy Office.
I immediately called the delivery boy and spoke to him and informed to cancel the order.
He informed me to chat with the tomato support team and I did that and they also confirmed the cancelation in their chat.

At last, when asked for the refund they told me the food was despatched so no refund can be made.

I confirmed with the delivery boy and gave the order number and he canceled the order at the restaurant.

If the food was despatched the food should have reached my home address which did not happen.

Also sent out an email to the zomato support team and no response from them on the refund.
