Zomato — order cancellation amount | |||
I have placed an order through zomato. Because of some reasons i had to cancel the order just after 1 min of order. Before cancelling they didn't indicate that i will be charged penalty. To my surprise a reecived a message after 2 seconds of cancellation that whole order amount will be charged. I also requested executive to deliver the same order now if whole amount will be charged but they rejected the same. Why zomato can't revert the cancellation just after 2 mins and deliver the order if customer wants. Also charging full amount just after 2 mins of order is insane. Was this information helpful? | |||
