[Resolved] Zomato — order cancellation | |||||
I was ordering from a restaurant. I still not selected all the items and the order got placed accidentally. When i asked zomato customer support to cancel the order as I will place a new order. They didn't help me said they cant. The number listed of restaurant also was not reachable. I had to pay for something i didn't want to eat. This is simply cheating with the customers and not being supportive. Why would i pay for something that i dont want to eat. Was this information helpful? | |||||

I ordered food online to zomato. The money 582.95 got debited from my account but I didnot get confirmation of order. I didnot get the food.
