I would like to make a formal complaint against against deliver failure and order cancellation.
I had ordered from rahat darbar and confirmed with rahat darbar on the phone .even after 40 min I contacted them again and in the zomato app it was mentioned that the order was declined as I didnt receive the order and the rider was unable to contact me as my phone was not reachable as informed... I would like to inform that I m currently at Keys hotel marol which has a 24/7 proper reception desk and the rider never came to the reception and my phone was always available. .
My order has been declined even though nobody came to the reception desk and did not bother calling, the order was just cancelled..I got a call from rahat darbar and the owner made me speak to the rider who said he came namely (mohammed ) .when I questioned him about the delivery place he did not even know where he had gone to deliver and was clearly lying that he came here to deliver here .he said he would come to deliver the the food again now.but even 40 min later no one has turned up.The saved phone conversation may be made available as and when required.
I would request you to kindly look into this matter and refund my amount and also punish such erring riders failing which I shall make this whole summary on social media just to inform people about the malicious ways in which fraudulant business like this is being conducted
