I ordered one pizza from zomato and cancelled it the moment after i order (By mistake ordered regular size but had to order medium size).
I contacted an agent just after that asking for refund who told me to put a mail to [protected]@zomato.com. So i sent a mail regarding this, still no reply. Again next day the same thing. Then the 3rd day i again contacted, then i got to know that the cancellation fees is equal to the amount i paid reason beging food goes to waste.
I mean within 20seconds i'd cancelled that order and within that time pizza was prepared? Zomato should really change these policies.
