Zomato — order cancelled after two hours | |||
I ordered from a restaurant called monkey's hat from zomato at approx 8:50. Food was expected to be delivered at 9:23 in the night. I myself had to enquire at 10:00 p. M in the night and the zomato executive kept lying that the order is on the way. I was fooled until 10:45 and then bluntly told the food can't be delivered and we are helpless. I was refunded the money bu i could not order food again because it was too late for any delivery after that. Looks like zomato is pressing its monopoly now since there is no way to penalize them.
