I had ordered momos around 10 pm at night. For more than an hour, i waited. Once zomato showed that order is out for delivery, i sat and tracked down the delivery boy and he was going to different places instead of coming to my place. I connected with the customer care chat and they said the deliveru guy is 4kms away and will reach soon. Later the customer care became irresponsive and displayed this message for my every query - 'due to a technical error at our end, we are unable to view your order details. I would request you to please reach out to the delivery boy/restaurant directly and they would be able to help you with your concern'.
Now when i called the delivery boy, he says that the order is cancelled as it was a cash on delivery thing. Please check with zomato. The zomato app is still showing me the navigation of delivery boy. I cant order food at this point and eat. Zomato sucks. I have to starve now. Stupid app Was this information helpful? |
