Zomato — order cancelled but refuse to give refund | |||
Hello, Order number: [protected] I ordered food on 3 july 2019 from registered no. [protected] (Aman singh). After placing the order, i realised that i had placed wrong order. I tried to connect customer care but no one replied. I called restaurant and asked him that if the order has started cooking or not. He replied that no your order is just confirmed but the preparation is not started so you cancel the order and place the order again. Now when i cancelled the order, i havent received refund of 220/- rs and the reason which was told to me was that i have been charged penalty. (Define penalty), as well, i contacted the customer care by the agent over there named ishant, he was soo rude to me, which was horrible and pathetic. Zomato customer care executives dont know how to talk to customers. I need refund of this order as soon as possible. Its been one week and i havent received refund yet, nor have i received any reply from zomato. Zomato is just fooling people around. Was this information helpful? | |||
