[Resolved] Zomato — order cancelled due to unresponsiveness | |
I have order from zomato. After 45 minutes i got message that my order has been cancelled due to unresponsiveness. The delivery person didnt even entered the office. He just called me and left. Due to some urgency i was not able to pick the call. But that doesnt show that he should left. He should give that order to my colleague mates how he can left from there. I also added tip for them. This is not fare. I tried email and they told me that its our new policy that we are not refunding any money. This is not fare. What happen if that order is cash on delivery. He would wait or left. This is not fare. If order is prepaid thats means customer will available if some urgency or non reponsive case he should give order to my office boy. But oesnt left from there. Please help me.

Jul 29, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved They refunded my money. I have also mailed to them. After several mails and disccusions they are agreed. Hope they will work on this policies because this is very bad policy its a common sense if order is prepaid then user hopefully response. But if he or she is unresponsive thats means some urgency happened in that case he should give order to some close person as well or office colleague. Zomato customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |
