[Resolved]  Zomato — order delivered late (order no :[protected])

Hi my order no :[protected] is delivered late than the time given by zomato due to which i have to suffer & i have contacted the customer care for refund but no help. Kindly take necessary action & refund my amount. When i contact support they give reply system not allowing to initiate refund & dont giving good
Resolution & refund. Kindly refund my amount for delivering order late.
