Zomato — order denied: refund not received | |||||
Order number - [protected] I ordered from brooklyn pizza co last night (Order number in subject) and i didn’t even receive a call from the delivery guy and the order showed declined. After discussing the same on zomato chat, i am being told the refund will not be made. Also, i have mailed them numerous times now but they haven’t reverted back yet. I am unable to understand why my money will not be refunded. I have been using zomato for a long time now and have been a loyal customer. This is not the kind of service i expect from zomato.
