I ordered 3 choco lava cakes (Rs.356/-) from Dominos using the Zomato app on 22nd January 2022. I used netbanking to make my payment as COD was not available. I was charged twice for this order. I have raised it with the Zomato team who pass the blame on Dominos and say the Dominos team with resolve this. The Dominos team are blaming another branch. I don't know what is happening.
The value of the transaction is not much but this is totally unacceptable that the company charges you twice. Both Zomato and Dominos - companies of such high repute are behaving in a truly unprofessional manner.
I think Zomato should take responsibility as the transaction was done on their app. Was this information helpful? |
