Hi Team,
I raised complaint against order which was delayed from Zomato delivery partner ..When I opened support chat kumar is then person assigned for order to support and provide update.
However he lied about the order delivery details he informed me that order was delayed by restorant
I had already called restorannt and they informed me.order was dispatched by them long time ago almost 20 min before
When I asked about this kumar has closed the chat.
I asked to cancel order they didn't cancelled the order and sent to cold and messed up food .. they did refund of 109 out of 274 saying to bridge the gaps and denying complete refund ..I have already sent an e-mail to [protected]@zomato.com however they are denying me complete refund ..
