I am raising a complaint against Zomato for an incomplete order delivery. On 12th October 2024, I placed an order which included Paneer Butter Masala, 2 Laccha Parathas, and Lassi. However, the Paneer Butter Masala was not delivered. I immediately contacted the restaurant, but they did not respond to my calls. Despite reaching out to Zomato via email and providing all the necessary details (including attached photos and the bill), I have only received an automated response and no further action or reply has been made by Zomato to resolve this issue.
Due to the absence of the main dish (Paneer Butter Masala), my meal was incomplete and it caused great disappointment, as I was unable to enjoy my food. I am requesting a full refund.
I urge Zomato to resolve this issue at the earliest.
