I order 1 shahi paneer, 15 roti, 1 dal makhani.. But daal makhani not received.. I call zomato deliver boy but he says not my responsibility. I call hotel also but he didn't receive my call... I'm place by mistake order swad desi restaurant, Chole bhature, then I call Restaurant and I spoke please cancel my Order. After some time delivery boy call me sir aapka order cancel krna h isliye bnaya nahi h, aapko call aayega bas confirmation dena order cancel ka, I said ok, then call Zomato Executive hi tell me sir 130 charge your next bill.

I have h Recording Hotel staff, delivery staff and Zomato Executive. This is wrong and not worst customer satisfaction experience
