Raised a complaint same day and no resolution yet. Its been 5 days snd they don’t have a tat yet. There is no 2nd level escalation process and they can’t reveal it!
Whenever i contact customer service on chat, they just say one thing - we have a separate team and they handle complaints one by one!! What is this??? Also, they don’t have that team’s number and can’t provide the number also.. I mean why even have such customer service which is not capable of resolving such minor issues too Was this information helpful? |
