Zomato — Order is cancelled after 2hrs of wait time

I have placed the order on 4th june at around 9.30am. After 1hr 30min of delay i had a chat with customer service agent named taiyaba and she told the order is delayed and wait until i get the order.
But then i have asked for compensation for delay in order. She just cancelled the order and informed me that as per your request we have refunded full amount.
You guys are hiring such unprofessional agent who doesnt understand basic english and we are fools here staying hungry until we receive the order. Then the other agent calls and tells me that to place an other order so that we can deliver you on time. Are we dumb to trust you guys again? Please don't hire such agents as Taiyaba.
