Zomato — order is not placed still money deducted from debit card

I tried to place an order on Zomato desktop app. At 19:07 pm I chose a restaurant and tried to place the order. I applied the code NEW50 and then applied the debit card details.The order placement was failed but the money got deducted from my bank account.Immediately I received message from my bank that Rs 135 has been deducted from my account. I have not received the money back.The screenshots are given with it.
