I ordered food from jassi de parathe, order id as written in the subject hereinabove. I got a notification saying my order was cancelled as i was unavailable to collect it and that i was not answering the calls. However, i have not received any calls either from zomato valet or from zomato support team. I received sms 2 minutes back, that is after i addressed the issue with chat support and the sms reads that valet tried to reach you but you were unavailable. Except that there is no communication either from the part of zomato support team or valet regarding my order. I have been at the delivery address this whole time. It's an office premises and i checked with security as well, there was no delivery that was attempted. Despite all of it i have been charged with cancellation fee which is absurd.
Request you to look into it.
