I have ordered cake on 25th oct 2019. My ordered got cancelled.in few mins of time i called to delivery person and asked for details he has confirmed the order got cancelled and get refund to your account. I asked for the cake he said since the order cancelled and amount will be refunded we need to pay rs.700 on delivery we agreeded and received the cake. Now we contact to customer care they are confirming that amount will not get refunded. They are not even calling to understand the issue, they keep in standing the standard template. For one order amount paid twice. We required refund. This is second time we facing issue with zomato.. Worst customer service.
