Today - 10th july i placed an order (Order no. [protected]) of anount rs. 676 (Paid online in advance) and rider did not deliver the order. The order was cancelled without any intimation and no refund is provided.
The address mentioned in the order was absolutely correct, however, the reason shared by zomato team was incorrect gps location, which is not my fault.
I contacted zomato senior management via twitter, however, no response.
Zomato support team clearly denied to return charges.
I don't know how to get my amount back.
