Zomato — order not confirmed but money got deducted from my paytm wallet | |||||
Hi, i tried to order a meal through zomato at around 12:10 pm today but when i went to the payment option they said that there was a problem with it and the payment service was unavailable. So, my order was not confirmed but the order amount was deducted from my wallet. I sent a mail to wallet helpline saying it was a mistake but they want a confirmation from the app or dealer. I even called the restaurant owner to ask if an order was placed but they said that no such order was placed. I just want my money back nothing else. Was this information helpful? | |||||
