Zomato — order not delivered and money not refunded | |||
Order no 2144889 i know it's really akward but this order never got delivered. This order was placed in the initial days when zomato delivery just started and the chat facility or any other medium of complaint was not available. The restaurant literally denied delivery and my money was not refunded. Could not complain earlier as was not aware if this medium. Was this information helpful? | |||
