Zomato — Order not delivered and refund not given | |||
Dear Team, I placed order from ZOMATO on 12 April 2021 at 9 PM. I waited for 1.5 hours for my delivery but did not receive it. After this incident i checked with Zomato about my order they said it is getting delivered, but then I called delivery person (Satish Kumar [protected]) for my order but he said it is cancelled and you will receive the refund. On Zomato app my order status was updated as delivered to home. But it was not the case. I immediately told Zomato customer care about the incident. It is even escalated to Domino's team but my issue is not solved yet. It has been more than 48 hours now and the issue is not solved. You need to be proactive in such cased of issue. I am not saying for 30 minutes delivery but at-least deliver the order. After 1.5 hours of waiting i did not receive the order. This is very disappointing on your part to not answer queries of customers. I want the solution for this case ASAP Was this information helpful? | |||
