I had placed a prepaid order with Zomato (Order id - [protected]) on 1st April 2023. Which the delivery person (Sidhant Sharma, [protected], having a vehicle numbered - PB35V2007) marked as delivered, without actually delivering it, i tried contacting him with the number Zomato provides but someone else was picking the number up.
Now for help, i tries contacting the Zomato chat, Nishant got connected from the team and he provided no resolution on my issue and told me to mail on [protected]@zomato.com and wait for 24-72 hours. I then told him to check with his superior who provided the same resolution.
Then i sent a mail to which i received a reply saying that the order was delivered and i was making false claims saying the order was not delivered.
Then i replied on 2nd April 2023 to the mail again saying i have CCTV proof as well as the MyGate App proof that your delivery person did not deliver the order and i need some kind of resolution or i might take the complaint to higher level.
Zomato completely ignored my mail and its been more 72 hours since and i haven't received a revert back.
i would like a full refund and an apology for their customer support to not provide any help to the customer and accusing me of fraud without even checking with the delivery person. Was this information helpful? |
