Zomato — order not delivered however payment taken | |||
Hi, Order id - [protected] I had placed an order on 10th sept from subway through zomato. Order was accepted and payment of rs - 516 was taken from my credit card. Later zomato executive calls and says he cannot deliver the parcel as it is far. Then why was the order accepted??? I have the call recording of your executive where is refusing to the deliver the parcel. How can he say the address was wrong when i have been ordering stuff at the same address. Stop believing thr liar executives. I have been following up since 10days for a refund and i am still not getting a resolution. I received an email from zomato team vishwas singh that refund will be processed in 5-7 days. Which is still not done. Zomato team is not reading the entire email before responding. I am fedup with their lame responses. For mere rs-516 zomato customer care team is giving me mental torture. I request your assistance in resolving my issue. I also have the mail from zomato team that refund will be processed however they are refusing now. Was this information helpful? | |||
