[Resolved] Zomato — order not delivered, no refund, poor customer service, | |||||
I did not receive my order (Order no-[protected]). The delivery person ones says he has delivered it in first floor and then he says he still has the order witg him. Very rude, impolite and a liar. And the chat support is pathetic they just stopped respomding. Worst part is that there is no cust care num to contact the support too. Plz process a refund. Aweful experience, a total mood spoiler. Verified Support Apr 19, 2018 Zomato Customer Care's response Dear Sir/Mam, Upon receipt of the complaint, we reached out to the complainant and apologised for the inconvenience caused. We assured him that a feedback will be shared with the delivery executive.As a token of apology, Zomato added 110 credits to the complainant's wallet. | |||||
