Dear Zomato,
It is a Big disgress, that every reviews here that I have read, non of the customer has received their refund . The most disgusting was the delivery guy, he verbally abused me on the phone, so train them what customer service means and how to behave with customer..
And mostly why don't you have a customer service center, even all the phone number that are listed in Google are incorrect.
I would request all these people who has put these complains to copy and post it in social media so that they would think twice while ordering from Zomato, but rather order from the restaurant website itself.
Please refund my money ASAP.
