Zomato — order not placed even after deducting money

On 19/10/2018 i tried placing order to kanti sweets using zomato mobile app, i completed the payment but order not placed. I tried to get help using chat option available in mobile but i didn't get response. Require your kind attention on this issue also i suggest to improve your customer care service through app. Even after the payment order not placed.

Payment amount was Rs. 128.80/-
After debited my amount from my account the order is not placed successful.
Please refund my amount as soon as possible.
I paid for my orders online
... The order never came /// it's now showing rejected ... No refund was processed ... Zomato should just give up ...this is not the first time I have faced problem with this company all the do is take money and not deliver the service ... It's very sad
