It's been one week since i've register my complaint with zomato but they are not responsive. I have been cheated by the delivery executive. He did not deliver my order to me. He did not pick up my call on that day. I told about this to zomato but they did not take any action. Please take some strict action on zomato as well as the delivery executive and try to make a refund of my order. I hope you will understand the issue and resolve it. I am attaching the screenshots for your reference. Kindly look into the matter.

Zomato customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Updated by Dipanshu@3 I have even email zomato on ([protected]@zomato.com) about the problem but they are not interested in solving my problem. The issue is still not resolved so i am attaching the screenshots of the email regarding the issue.

Updated by Dipanshu@3 As zomato doesn't take my issue seriously and neither look into this matter, i hope they can't do anything now As my issue has not been resolved yet, i am looking forward to deactivate my account . I don't find this complaint forum useful as of now.
