Very poor experience overall.

The Manchurian and Paneer Chilli arrived spilled, and the packaging was careless. The noodles did not look like what is expected from Haldiram at all — poor quality, unappetizing, and not freshly prepared. The fried rice was also badly made and far from acceptable standards.

I am sharing pictures for reference to show the actual condition of the food delivered.

When I raised this issue with Zomato, I was told they cannot do anything, which is extremely disappointing and unacceptable for a customer-facing service.

Overall, very bad experience with both food quality and customer support. Not expected from such reputed platforms and brands.
