[Resolved] Zomato — order placed but zomato unable to sent to merchant | |
Order placed on Zomato My order id [protected] Order to Hammered Exchange, NEW BEL Road Date placed : 15Jul18 Zomato website shows order sent to restaurant with green circle and awaiting confirmation. After it was 5min. approx. for confirmation i call Hammered exchange restaurant number given on Zomato against my order. No response from Hammered exchange over call and it used to get disconnected. I started chat session with Zomato. They could not respond order status for 15min. I received call from Zomato saying they did not forward order to restaurant, i asked them to forward it, their response was they do not have the facility to forward. I asked them if my order will be delivered or what will happen to my order which is paid already. I suggested them to cancel and refund the payment which they immediately agreed. No explanations are given as to why the order did not get processed. I have had problem with Zomato in past too, i do not recommend Zomato service. Rupal Durgule Was this information helpful? | |
Dec 10, 2018 Complaint marked as Resolved Zomato arranged refund of the amount or offered to replace the order. I chose to get refund. Thanks for resolution. Zomato customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |
