Zomato — order rejected after 1 hour when delivery time was just 10 mins left

I ordered from pre pizza it was estimate time for 64mins and after 1 hour i received a call saying that they can not deliver to my place as it doesn't comes in third area.. And their customer support very poor they don't know how to talk to their customer and zomato have no supervisor this time in moin (7:00am) hahaha... And no help it's not first time i faces this issue.. But more zomato.. One of the worst food provider in market... Pathetic services...
