[Resolved] Zomato — order rejected after payment (chat personnel were fooling with me) | |||
My orders got rejected by ovenstory pizza, zomato took money before order got confirmed by the restaurant, reason (It was out of stock) It's not about money as they said it will be refunded, but how the chat personnel treated me... I think they were having fun with me. Attaching several snapshots for reference Please i need zomato to atleast treat customer with respect, + why u are taking money for something which is out of stock?
