Zomato — order replaced without changing the bill and call harassment | |||
Hi, I am Ansari sharif Mobile no. [protected]. I have placed an today from Zomato app. I received a call from Zomato saying the item I ordered was not available and they gave me option of other items, I said ok and choosed chocolate Noggat cake which was cheaper then the one I ordered, and call representative calculated the new bill amount and mentioned to me the new bill amount which was ₹475. Then the delivery boy came and asked for the old bill amount which was ₹571. Then the harrassment began and I was having my dinner, the call representative his name is Deepak has misbehaved with me and not ready acknowledge the error on their part. So please I am very disturbed by this happening. I am just hoping to get a favorable and corrective measures from your side. Was this information helpful? | |||
